Terms and Conditions

By using Panda Club Card (“the Card’), you are now a Panda Club member (“Member”) and are deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions below and are bound by them.

The Card is the property of Panda Place. The Card and Bonus Point are non-transferable and shall only be used by the Card holder whose name is printed on card.
HK$20 will be charged for re-issuance due to lost or damaged cards, or for any other reasons. Panda Place will not be liable for any losses, damage or any other such reasons for re-issuance. Panda Place will not be liable for any loss the Member suffers. One Member can only apply for one card. Any extra cards issued or held will be deemed invalid. Panda Place reserves the rights to bill any losses and costs incurred. All Bonus Points accumulated in the said invalid card, and the Card itself, will be forfeited. Panda Place has no obligation to compensate any possible loss towards the Card holder. Information for the new card will be retrieved from records in Panda Place’s member database.
About Bonus Point Reward Program
1. Members must present the Card, the machine-printed original receipt together with the signed e-payment receipts within 7 days from the date of transaction made to redeem Bonus Points. Late redemption will not be accepted. Receipts issued by kiosks/casual leasing sales booth, handwritten receipts, ATM and bank receipts, value-adding receipts, parking cards, receipts of cash coupon purchase or receipts of payment with cash coupons, bill settlement, duplicated copies and photocopies of receipts are not valid. Any spending by credit card rebate(including Cash Dollars) or any mobile wallet rebate or tips towards any spending or purchases also cannot earn points.
2. Original sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment (credit card, EPS or Octopus Card) receipts must contain the name of the merchant, transaction date and amount of the transaction. Cash payment receipts, handwritten receipts, duplicated copies and photocopies of receipts are not eligible under any circumstances.
3. Members can earn one Bonus Point for every HK$1 spent at Panda Place. Redeemable Bonus Points shall be equal to the amount spent as shown on same-day receipts. A maximum of 5,000 points can be awarded per day per person. A maximum of 100,000 points can be accumulated per calendar year (until 31 December of the year) per person.
4. Members are not allowed to redeem Bonus Points with sales receipts owned by a person other than the member himself/herself. Panda Place reserves the right to verify Member identification by requesting the member to present his/her identification documents.
5. Receipts redeemed for free parking can be used for earning Panda Club bonus points.
6. Valid receipts can be used for redemption of Bonus Points once only.
7. When redeeming Bonus Points, the e-payment receipts will be stamped and the original receipts will be forfeited/phot-copied for recording purposes. Panda Place reserves the rights to reject Bonus Point redemptions, if no valid receipts or Cards can be presented.
8. Panda Place reserves the right to make adjustments to members’ Bonus Point records, in the event that a problem occurs.
About Shopping Privileges/Gift/Voucher Redemption
1. Exclusive shopping privileges and accumulated Bonus Points are valid until 31st December each year. All overdue Bonus Points will be deemed expired and invalid.
2. To enjoy privileges offered by Participating Merchants, Member must present the Card before making payment. Participating Merchants reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Panda Place is not responsible for any losses caused by disputes between Members and Participating Merchants.
3. For verification purposes, Members are requested to present their ID cards upon redemption of gift/vouchers at the Customer Service Centre. Authorized representatives of the Members have to present a valid and original copy of an authorization letter together with a copy of the Member’s ID card for gift/voucher redemption.
4. It is advisable to inspect and check the gift/vouchers before redemption procedure is completed. All gifts are neither returnable nor exchangeable. And, Panda Place shall not be responsible for the quality of the redeemed gift or any matter in relation to the products and services provided by Participating Merchants.
5. One gift can be redeemed by accumulative Bonus Points per day per person. Limited offer is on a first come, first served basis.
6. All gifts/vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Terms and conditions defined by service/goods providers are applied to the use of vouchers. Panda Place is not the supplier of the merchandise and shall not be liable for any losses incurred by Members in the event that merchants refuse accept the vouchers.
7. Panda Place is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen vouchers or redeemed goods.
8. In case the designated gifts/vouchers have run out of stock, Panda Place reserves the right to provide substitutes of similar value without prior notice.
9. No changes, cancellations nor refunds are allowed after the redemption is made. Deducted Bonus Points cannot be re-credited to the membership cards.
Termination of Membership:
1. HREA shall have the right, by written notice to a Member’s email address, to terminate his/her membership with Panda Club with immediate effect if he/she
  1. registers or has registered points with counterfeit receipts or receipts stolen from another person. Membership and accumulated points of such Member will be forfeited immediately and no reward redemption will be allowed. HREA or Panda Club shall have the right to request such Member to return all redeemed rewards and lodge a claim against such Member for any loss or damage suffered by HREA or Panda Club;
  2. obtains or has obtained membership or points or member’s privileges with dishonesty using information or transactions made in the account of another Member or if HREA or Panda Club has reasons to believe that such Member breaches or has breached any relevant terms and conditions. HREA or Panda Club shall have the right to lodge a claim against such Member for any loss or damage suffered by HREA or Panda Club or participating merchants arising from his/her misconduct;
  3. acts or has acted in such a manner, by conduct or language, which HREA has reasons to believe, is inappropriate, insulting or hostile to any of the staff of HREA or Panda Club;
  4. engages or has engaged in any conduct or plan of buying or selling Panda Club points or membership without explicit permission from HREA;
  5. behaves or has behaved in any manner injurious to HREA or Panda Club or contrary to the interests of HREA or Panda Club; or
  6. has passed away.
2. Member whose membership has been terminated by HREA shall immediately cease to have any right, benefit or privilege of the membership.
3. In general, Panda Club will not accept any application for membership by a former Member whose membership had been terminated by HREA.
Staffs of Panda Place tenants and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this membership program.
Panda Place reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of use, Bonus Point conversion and redemption scheme without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, Panda Place reserves the right of final decision on all matters.
If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
